Troubleline® provides server security, optimization, and management software ("Agent") and a cloud-based management panel ("Service"). The Agent runs on your server; the Service runs on our cloud infrastructure.
Each subscription provides a license key tied to a specific number of servers (per your plan). License keys are bound to server fingerprints and cannot be shared or transferred between servers without deactivating the original.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee specific uptime percentages for Shield, Pro, or Agency plans. Enterprise plans include SLA terms discussed separately.
Backups are provided as a convenience feature. While we use encryption and verification (SHA-256), backups are provided as-is. You should maintain your own independent backup strategy. We are not responsible for data loss from backup failures.
Troubleline is a tool that assists with server management. We fix what we can, but we are not responsible for data loss, downtime, security breaches, or any damages resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
You may not use Troubleline to manage servers hosting illegal content, distribute malware, conduct attacks against other systems, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to revoke licenses for abuse.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Agent enters degraded mode (monitoring only) and eventually stops. No data is deleted from your server — the Agent simply stops running.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
