Privacy Policy & Data Handling
Last updated: ${new Date().toLocaleDateString('en-US', {year:'numeric',month:'long',day:'numeric'})}
At our core, we believe your data belongs to you. We utilize industry-leading technologies — including global edge security networks and encrypted object storage — to ensure your information is protected, private, and available only to you.
1. What We Collect
- Server Metrics: We monitor CPU usage, memory, disk I/O, load averages, and service statuses. This data is essential for your dashboard and our automated optimization engine.
- Threat Intelligence: We collect IP addresses, user agents, and request patterns of detected malicious actors. This data is used to protect you and the rest of our user base.
- Account Information: We store your email address and name. All payments are handled via PayPal. We do not see or store your credit card numbers or banking details.
- WordPress Metadata: We track plugin/theme versions, site URLs, and database sizes to alert you to vulnerabilities and provide optimization recommendations.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Website Content: We do not index your site content or access your private databases.
- Credentials: We do not store your SSH keys, server passwords, or root access credentials after the initial setup is complete.
- Communications: We do not monitor or store email content passing through your servers.
- Unsolicited Files: We do not scan or copy files on your server except for those explicitly included in the backup folders you designate.
3. Our Technology Stack & Data Storage
To provide enterprise-grade security and reliability, we partner with specialized infrastructure providers:
- Edge Security & Privacy: We use a global edge network to shield your dashboard from DDoS attacks and to mask your origin server IP. This provider may process basic request metadata (IPs/headers) to ensure the security of the connection.
- Encrypted Backups: All backups are encrypted locally on your server before being transmitted. We utilize high-durability, off-site object storage to ensure your data is safe from hardware failure. This data is encrypted at rest.
- Data in Transit: All communication between your server's agent and our control panel is protected by a proprietary, high-level encryption protocol.
4. Messaging & Notifications (SMS & Telegram)
By enabling notifications, you agree to the following:
- Usage: We use Telegram and SMS solely for critical server alerts, two-factor authentication, and system status updates.
- Third-Party Delivery: To deliver these messages, your phone number or Telegram ID is shared with our messaging gateways.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our SMS or Telegram notification services. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
5. Data Sharing & The Collective Intelligence Network
We do not sell your data. Period.
We participate in a Collective Threat Intelligence network. When an attack is detected on your server, the "signature" of that attack (the malicious IP and request pattern) is shared across our entire network. This allows us to block that attacker on all other customer servers instantly. This data is shared anonymously and never includes your personal information or site content.
6. Data Retention
- Real-time Metrics: Expire and are deleted after 24 hours.
- Historical Trends: To provide long-term analysis and performance trending, we retain anonymized, high-level metrics indefinitely.
- Backups: Retained based on your retention policy (default: 7 daily, 4 weekly, 3 monthly).
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account.
- Attack Logs: Retained indefinitely as part of our global security database to improve our threat detection algorithms.
7. Your Rights
- Portability: You may export your account data at any time via the dashboard.
- The Right to be Forgotten: You may delete your account at any time, which purges all personally identifiable data from our active records.
- Opt-Out: White Label plan users may opt-out of the Collective Threat Intelligence sharing network.
- Access: You have full visibility into the data we hold regarding your account directly within your management panel.
